Two Twofers in One Week???

Well due to the post on LuckyToes yesterday you get two shoes for the price of one today! Yay! And while I can't garner that kind of deal when it comes to purchasing said shoes at least you get to look at and possibly consider purchasing two pair.

Now while I can't get you that buy one get one deal I am directing you to a site where you can get this fast shoe for a fabulous price. I originally spotted these beauties on endless.com where they are $219.95. A hefty price to pay, especially these days. But click on the link and find them for $139.99 at onlineshoes.com. Quite a savings, eh? But enough about the cost let's talk about how hot these shoes are. The hot pink and black color combo is incredibly feminine and sexy. And those studs!!! Who says you can't be tough AND sexy? I love the playful shape and that striped insole too. So much fun.

Pour La Victoire Paige

The Pour La Victoire Paige sandal in this amazing sea green hue immediately caught my eye. A fabulous little shape that I've been seeing more and more. I adore the contrast between the sweet braided strap, curvy shape and that wide strap with the studs encased in leather making it's way across the top of the foot. Utterly magnificent.

You Make Me Feel Like Dancin...

Ah, what girl doesn't need some dancing shoes? Now I'm not talking ballet, tap, or jazz shoes. I'm talking night out on the town, holiday party, New Year's Eve dance type of dancing shoes. The kinds of shoes with touches of satin or sparkle. Totally glam and totally hot and totally impractical. But go ahead live it up a little. Wear them with your dark denim and a flirty top or pair them with a pair of opaque tights and wear them to work with a structured skirt and shirt or better yet wear them dancin!

Max Studio - Salsa Heel

Anyone up for some Salsa dancing? (That was too easy.) Seriously though, I really love these. The shape and the sweet gathered and beaded detail on the t-strap. Paint your toes red and then paint the town. Yes, please!

Oh Deer - Gelato Heel

It's the shape here that really gets me. It sends my heart all a flutter. Don't laugh but I LOVE the cotton candy hue. If the pink is a little much they also come in gold but if you really want to stand out - I vote pink. Do they make you as giddy as they make me?

Guess - Nisadora

Wow there are a ton of girly elements in this pretty little peep toe. That multi-colored satin, the ruching around the toe. All adorned with a perfect flower. I love the femininity and I love the colors. These are my top pick.

Put a little sass in your step with this hot pair of heels by Betsey Johnson. Glitter and glide your way onto the center of the dance floor and you're bound to capture everyone's attention. Let's hope you brushed up on your moves.

Vote, Vote, Vote!

Man I am really loving this week leading up to the election! I just received an email today from solestruck.com and they are also having a 20% off sale from now until November 4. Besides the wonderful deals to be had they want to encourage all of you to get out and vote. So do it. Not only is voting one of our God given rights I also consider it to be an incredible privilege. So get out and vote in this most important and historic election and since you're going out you may as well do it in a new pair of shoes! To save 20% use the discount code VOTENOV4 and see below for my faves.

There is something incredibly intriguing about this bootie by Enzo Angiolini. I heart the shape and the lace up front and I really like that these are unlike anything I have in my shoe wardrobe. I would love to try them on. I would pair these with fall florals or something lacy .

Sky high heeled mary janes!!!!! What's not to love? There is great contrast in texture and color. YUM - MY!

This is a great shoe. Betsey's shoes can sometimes be over the top and a little out there but I really like these. They are a classic shape yet the star buckle adds the perfect whimsical touch.

Ugh this is the perfect stacked heel loafer as far as I'm concerned. Well... almost perfect. If these came in brown they would so be mine. Gorgeous gray suede with a contrasting black patent bow across the vamp. Love!

These are AH-MA-ZING! Structured and feminine at the same time. This sassy little pump has me fit to be tied. There are so many unbelievably perfect little details. Seriously you have to get a closer look. The contrasting metallic leather and metal detail at the heel... Now, I'm smitten.

Reader Request: A Tribute to Mad Men

So unless you've been living on Mars the AMC show Mad Men has undoubtedly captured your attention. And why shouldn't it? It IS a fabulous show and not just because it has garnered 16 Emmy nominations. The acting, the story lines, the characters, not to mention the fashion is dead on. I mean, Michael Kors says that it was THE inspiration for his Fall 2008 Ready-to-Wear collection and his Fall 08 collection is To. Die. For. Argh I am lusting after this dress and I am loving the combination of olive green and purple. Will definitely be pulling that off in some way, shape, or form this season.

What is fashion without inspiration? There are some gorgeous shoes right now that have that vintage 60's vibe. But this menswear trend we've got going on right now. I think we can thank Mad Men for that as well. So see below for my favorite pics for Fall a la 60's and Menswear. Enjoy!

This round toe pump by Belle by Sigerson Morrison is perfectly adorable and would be the perfect addition to any girls wardrobe. The patent leather detail on the toe and stacked heel lends to it's vintage vibe. I could definitely see Betty Draper sporting these.

There is something that hints at a little 60's vibe to me with this stacked heel pump by Diego di Lucca. I love the color combination of neutrals here. You could pair these with a wealth of ensembles. Perfect for Peggy, don't you think?

Mmmm...the snake embossed leather updates this classically shaped pump by Dolce Vita but the gold leather piping and trim amp up it's vintage appeal. So pretty and sure to carry you into this fall and beyond.

This fabric flat by BC Footwear is perfectly adorable. The geometric ornament on the toe and the lime green hue give it that 60's feel. Couldn't you just imagine Betty pairing these with those cute little slim cropped pants she's been sporting lately?

It's the shape that gets me here. The metallic detail at the heel gives these a modern feel. The round toe says classic all the way.
I'm getting a Joan vibe, how about you? Oh Deer! Serena

The suede with the modern twist on the cap toe update this classic shape. Another shoe that would be perfect with some slim cropped pants. Belle by Sigerson Morrison 5611.

Kitten heels got there introduction in the early 60's. I love this pair by Bettye Mueller. They would be perfect for the office and you could wear these with so many things. One half demure cognac suede and one half sassy leopard print. Rowr! I'm definitely getting a Joan vibe with these too.

Now see below for a few of my menswear inspired picks. Mmmm...I am loving this trend right now. I will be picking up a pair of spectators for the fall, will you?

Lace up oxfords with some sex appeal. I love the white and black color combo here. A grown woman's version of the saddle shoe! I am smitten at the hint of the d'orsay style and the contrasting black stacked heel. AK Anne Klein Sandya

Gorgeous chocolate leather oxford inspired pump by Corso Como gets a ladylike twist with a peep toe and 3 inch stiletto heel.

The seam details truly make these shoes stand out from the pack. I love the texture added by the genuine snake skin and that three inch stacked heel give them a little edge. I would totally pair these with something super girly and feminine. Frye Adrienne Oxford.

I love this wing tip pump by Arturo Chiang. I'm not sure if you can tell from the picture but there is a cut out on the vamp that just sends me over the top. Look closer and the gray leather has a distressed look that really gives these a vintage appeal.

Gray skies are gonna clear up!

It has been a gloomy day here in the ol' STL. Yet even before the rain and the clouds appeared I had been staring at my gray Nine West pointed toe sling backs and thinking "It's time for new pair of gray shoes." I also had another thought in the back of my mind that I would like to purchase a pair of gray boots this season. Then something happened. I either (a) am being stalked by the web team and buyers for Endless.com and they are able to read my inner most thoughts and desires or (b) God really wants me to get a new pair of gray shoes(and boots). Now you may be wondering what it is that happened to make me think these crazy thoughts. Well, I got this in my inbox today.

Oh cruel, cruel world! Why must you taunt me so? Why must you tease me, mercilessly?

Why? When you know I am on a major budget right now and the last thing I am able to do is purchase more shoes!!! Grrrr!!!

Ah but no worries, my fine friends. Two new pairs of gray shoes will be mine this season. Hopefully, my shoe buying hiatus will end soon! Think good thoughts, okay?

See below for a few I'm considering.

Oh Deer! Cupcake Peep Toe Mary Jane

The boots pictured below are NOT from Endless.com you will find them at Nordstrom and they are on sale right now. Oh these are so gorgeous I can't stand it!
