Lust-Worthy Thursday???

Ahem. Let me start out by saying the only reason I didn't post about these bad boys yesterday is because I didn't know of their existence until today. But thanks to my cyber friend(I hope I'm not being too presumptuous.) Diabolina and the fact that I'm addicted to her blog I was introduced to them. Yeah so um thanks. Thanks for getting me to lust after yet ah-noth-er pair of shoes. And somehow I knew... I just knew I would find them on net-a-porter. Man, I'm such a slave to fashion.

Ughs. BA-NA-NAS! These are absolutely stunning. The combo of black and purple suede (Although from the picture the suede looks gray to me, maybe it's my 30 something eyes.) is so delicious. I love the cone shaped wooden heel and the shape. This is certainly not a shoe for the feint of heart. It's bold. It's hot. It's sexy. Anyone wanna buy me a pair? I can be bold. I can be hot. I can be sexy.

It's back baby! It has been a while. But when I saw this pump, I knew. I just knew that I had to feature it for a LWW post.


I die. OMG! That triple platform highlighted by the contrasting beige, cream, and white colors and that ice blue. I can't contain myself. This shoe is so fantastic. I think someone needs to re-start my heart, stat. I would give anything to try these on. Especially just to see if walking in them would be easy or hard. I've had a lot of practice walking in some pretty high heels but 5.5 inches? That would be the highest to date.

It's back. At least for this week. I knew it would happen as soon as I spied these in an email sent to me by Bergdorf Goodman highlighting the genius that is Versace.

Oh that lilac suede is to die for. Ultra feminine and out of this world sexy. The platform, sky high heel, and gold medallion help to amp up their sex appeal but the color and pale pink stitching up their girly quotient. These would pair perfectly with a white summer dress like the one pictured below.

You know when Homer Simpson reminisces about something he loves, let's take donuts for example and he gets all jittery and starts drooling and says "Mmmmm, Donuts..." That is exactly what I did when I saw these shoes. Except I said "Mmmmm, delicious Miu Miu peep toe pumps..." It's not just a want with these. It's a need. I NEED these shoes. But first, I need $650. Grrrrrr. I guess the positive spin is that if I could afford them they wouldn't be lust-worthy and therefor I wouldn't be able to feature them here. I'm all about the postive spin people. Really. I am.

This week's lust-worthy Wednesday is brought to you by Christian Louboutin. It's torture. Pure torture, I tell you. The positive side is that these Loubies are on the lower end of the Louboutin cost scale. Unfortunately they are still out of my price range but perhaps they are within yours. These are perfect in their simplicity and their shape and yet the pleated details of the leather make them sleek, modern, and utterly of the moment. If I could, I would purchase these in both colors and that's saying a lot. I've never purchased the same shoe in multiple colors but man I would convert for these.

Whew! It's been a long while since I've featured a shoe for Lust-Worthy Wednesday. This week's post is brought to you by Chloe. Oh the raised leaf detailing here is so fierce. This is a seriously, utterly, phenomenally, gorgeous pair of shoes. Suede and leather pointed toe boots in a delicious shade of gray. Perfectly shaped leaves cascading gently down from ankle to vamp. Wear these with ANYTHING and you'll look like a million bucks.

They may look familiar and they should(see post Little Bow Peep). However there is one subtle difference that just takes my breath away. It's the leather. These shoes are TRULY stunning. Lust-Worthy Wednesday

I can't believe it's here! It's already Lust-Worthy Wednesday. I have to admit I was beginning to panic a bit. I had been searching and searching to find the pair and nothing was really hitting that spot. You know the one I'm talking about. The spot that makes you sit a little taller. The spot that makes your mouth water and your heart all a-twitter. But then.... I caught sight of these little beauties by Yves Saint Laurent. Yep. There it is. There's that little tingle.




These bad boys are hot! The purple and gold is spot on. Then move to the platform and that 4 1/4 inch heel! As my friend Lizzy would say - those are some "Cha Cha" shoes. Cha Cha indeed!

"Hello, Lover..."

It's not hard to see why these Louboutins have earned the top spot for the debut of "Lust-WorthyWednesdays". From the gorgeous red satin to the sky high heel and passementerie detail my jaw hit the floor when I first spotted these.

According to Wikipedia passementerie is the art of making elaborate trimmings or edgings of applied braid, gold, or silver cord, embroidery, colored silk, or beads for clothing or furnishings. (Who knew I'd be learning new things???)

With their hefty $1,125 price tag they won't be finding their way into my closet anytime soon. They will simply have to remain "Lust-Worthy".
