Yes there are subtle differences and frankly I am partial to the Miu Miu pair but we can certainly see where the *cough* inspiration *cough* came from. I know it is old news by now that clogs are all the rage for spring and summer and I love this shape. It's less severe and more appropriate for warmer weather. I have to say. The more I'm seeing these Miu Mius the more I love them. What do you ladies think? Are you planning on hitting up the clog trend this season?

Seeing Double

Well, well, well... what do we have here? I first saw these Vince Camuto sandals this afternoon and was instantly smitten. For good reason. The more I looked at them, the more I thought hm... there is something familiar about these little beauties. I knew I had seen this look before and initially thought it was from Prada but after a google search last evening realized nope, not Prada. Miu Miu. Now I'm sad. Because I love the Vince Camutos. Even more than the Miu Miu pair. I think it's the delicious whiskey colored leather. And there in lies the dilemma. Do I purchase these blatant Miu Miu knock offs or are they just a little too close for comfort? What's a girl to do?

The new year is almost upon us, the winter clearance sales are in full swing, and the stores are beginning to feature their Spring merchandise. I was browsing the latest collections and Miu Miu really stood out for me. I am L-O-V-E, loving some of their designs for this season and as far as price go they are on the lower end of the high end designer spectrum. I have picked out a few of my favorites for your viewing and if you are so inclined, purchasing pleasure below.

Le sigh. Nudes, fleshtones still look to be all the rage come Spring. I love these. The bamboo platform, the pinky flesh tone hue, the patent leather. Definitely a "go to" shoe for the entire season. Me likey. Me likey A-LOT.

I just had to use two pictures for these. That color palette is a-ma-zing. I have a feeling that once you slip these on they will instantly pick up what ever color you are wearing. I would most certainly pair these with something simple. Oh. Wouldn't they be gorgeous paired with a dark pair of skinny jeans and a top like this one by Paul & Joe below.

You know when Homer Simpson reminisces about something he loves, let's take donuts for example and he gets all jittery and starts drooling and says "Mmmmm, Donuts..." That is exactly what I did when I saw these shoes. Except I said "Mmmmm, delicious Miu Miu peep toe pumps..." It's not just a want with these. It's a need. I NEED these shoes. But first, I need $650. Grrrrrr. I guess the positive spin is that if I could afford them they wouldn't be lust-worthy and therefor I wouldn't be able to feature them here. I'm all about the postive spin people. Really. I am.
